He is a member of the board of Protagenic and Celtaxsys. As part of his philanthropic engagement, Khalil serves on the board of the Children of Armenia Fund and Solving Kids’ Cancer.
General Manager - Saradar Bank, Chairman - Swiss Financial House
Youssef Dib is a weathered professional with banking experience of over 35 years. He is currently General Manager of the banking arm of the Saradar Group in charge of Private & Investment Banking, as well as Chiarman of Swiss Financial House, the wealth management affiliate of Saradar Group based in Geneva. He joined from Credit Agricole Suisse (CAS) where he was Head of Private Banking and Key Clients, for most of the international private banking for the Credit Agricole Group. Prior to that, he spent almost 20 years at Paribas/BNP Paribas in various positions in investment banking in Paris and Hong Kong where he was head of the international M&A team for Asia ex Japan. After the merger with BNP in 2000, he joined the worldwide Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Private Bank, as Head of Wealth Management, then as Head of Ultra High Net Worth Clients. He started his career in 1984 in the US financial markets, in New York and then Paris, in research, brokerage and portfolio management at what is now a subsidiary of UBS. Mr. Dib holds a diploma from Hautes Ecoles Commerciales (HEC) Paris, with a major in finance. He is married with four sons. He is involved in various philanthropic activities and foundations.

Mr Feghali is Managing Partner & Owner at WFM & Partners SA, acting as CEO of the Geneva multi family office specialized in asset management as well as private/direct investments into private equity. Mr. Feghali is also sitting on investment Committee board of three major families from Lebanon, UAE and UK, acting as Independent General Adviser to the family board. Prior to establishing WFM & Partners, Mr. Feghali was a member of the Executive Committee of Quilvest (Switzerland) Ltd. Managing the Geneva Branch and developing the banking service of QVS, as well multi-family office services to the clients from the MENA region. Mr. Feghali, was also responsible for the development of the strategy for the Quilvest Wealth Management in the Middle East region.
Prior to joining Quilvest (Switzerland) Ltd. Mr. Feghali was regional head Private Banking at HSBC Switzerland, acting as managing director for the Lower Gulf Region, where he spent 15 years developing that activity. Before this, Mr. Feghali was heading the Advisory team of the MENA region at Banque Paribas Geneva Switzerland, for four years. Mr. Feghali has graduated from University of St Joseph where he earned a Master degree of International Economics, and specialized in econometrical finance modelling, and has publish interesting articles and research in the “Commerce de Levant”.

is a provider of private credit to pan-European mid-market LBOs. Prior to MV
Credit, Lemy was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank)
in London where he founded the Structured Securitisation team. Previously
he was a Managing Director at Chase Manhattan (now JPM) in their London
Structured Capital Markets and Global Underwriting. He started his career at
Continental Bank (now BA-ML) in Brussels and New York. Lemy graduated
magna cum laude from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

magazine in 2013 and 2012 consecutively and was similarly ranked in the top
100 Most Influential Arab Women. In 2015, May was named Business Woman
of the Year for the UAE at the Arab Women Awards Ceremony; the award was
bestowed by His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan bin Mubarak Al Nahayan. May was
also featured in the Financial Times List of The Leading Business Women in the
Arab World. May graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(“MIT”) with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in
Political Science. May also simultaneously received her Master in Management
and Finance from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Previously, Lina led an experienced team of bankers at UBS covering UHNW institutional clients and Global Family Offices by distributing bespoke institutional investments, financing and hedging solutions.
She has 19 years of investment banking and wealth management experience spanning debt and equity trading, derivatives structuring and portfolio management. She has a vast experience in emerging markets having started her career in Emerging Markets Asset Management at WestLB (West Merchant Banks).
She has also worked at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Marathon Fund LLC. She holds an MSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from the London Business School. She held positions as a Research Fellow at the London Business School and at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) while pursuing her graduate studies.
Executive Chairman and Head of Investments - Vinva Investment Management
SydneyMorry Waked is Founder and Head of Investments at Vinva Investment Management. He started Vinva in July 2010 and it has grown to over US$25 billion in assets under management in Australian, Asian and Global Strategies.
Prior to Vinva, Morry spent 12 distinguished years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI) which was the largest investment manager in the world with US$2 trillion under management. He joined BGI in 1997 as Head of Equity Investments and developed an active equity business across long-only and long-short strategies. Morry put together a highly successful team with an investment process that delivered outperformance in 11 out of 12 years.
In 2000, Morry was promoted to Managing Director title within the global firm and was the youngest person globally to achieve this title. He was given the dual role of CEO and Chief Investment Officer for BGI’s Australian business which managed over $50 billion in assets.
He further ascended through the global organisation and was appointed Global Head and Chief Investment Officer for BGI’s Global Active Equity Business with responsibility for the Portfolio Management and Research functions of US$300 billion in actively managed assets, including equity hedge funds.
In 2009, BGI merged with BlackRock and Morry was named the Global Head of Active Equities in the combined firm, however, he made the decision to move on.
Prior to BGI, Morry was the Head of Quantitative Research at Rothschild Asset Management.
He started his career at Legal & General in Actuarial Research after they awarded him a University Scholarship at completion of high school. Morry holds a Master of Economics (majoring in Actuarial Science and Statistics) and a Bachelor of Economics.

LONDONSasha is Founding Managing Partner of Keyhaven Capital Partners, an independent London-based private equity secondaries firm which invests in lower mid-market European companies. Keyhaven’s global investor base includes insurance companies, corporate and public pension funds, endowments and foundations and family offices. Since its inception in 2003, the firm has advised on investments in excess of €2 billion. Sasha has over 25 years’ experience in European private equity. In addition to managing Keyhaven Capital Partners, she is responsible for leading the investment process and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. She sits on the Board of Novation 2017, Novation Tech S.p.A. and Novation TCX S.r.l. In addition, Sasha holds an Observer seat on the Board of Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics GmbH. Sasha is a Co-Founder of Level 20, a not-for-profit organisation set up to inspire women to join and succeed in the European private equity industry. Prior to founding Keyhaven, she was Managing Director at AXA Investment Managers where she was responsible for setting up and developing its European private equity fund of funds programme. Investment Managers, Sasha was employed by an affiliate of BT Alex. Brown (now Deutsche Bank). She previously worked as a consultant for Cambridge Associates, an investment advisory firm, in both their London and Boston offices. Sasha received a BA cum laude from Wellesley College.
